∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital Laboratory, Lab and Diagnostics, Laboratory testing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Science Laboratory, Diagnostic Centre

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide a uniquely valuable interface, providing guidelines on the performance and interpretation of laboratory investigations;
∎ Regularly supervise and review all technical procedures performed within the laboratory, including the establishment and monitoring of effective internal and external quality control and quality assurance schemes;
∎ To undertake routine analytical work;
∎ Assuring the quality of clinical biochemistry investigations;
∎ Auditing the diagnostic and clinical use and performance of investigations;
∎ Developing new and existing tests, often automated and computer assisted but sometimes requiring considerable manual expertise;
∎ To participate in the data verification procedures of the laboratory;
∎ Cost-benefit analysis in laboratory investigation;
∎ To review and where appropriate develop operational policies and procedures to ensure effective working arrangements.
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management as & when required.

∎ Age at least 23 years
