Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Service Bio-Medical equipment's, Specially (Radiology/Anesthesia Machine, Ventilator, OT Light, OT table, Autoclave etc.).
∎ Clear knowledge about our products & services.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Meet the deadline of service demand of customer.
∎ Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor progress of all current and pending issues.
∎ Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.
∎ Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters (for both employees and customers)
∎ Work as a team and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve efficiency.
∎ Stay up to date on Manufacturer standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company
∎ Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.
∎ Report to supervisor for operational achievements and progress on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.
∎ Follow and abide by all Company standard, regulations, and laws.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good commend on English both written & speaking.
Salary: Negotiable
