Experience Requirements:

EGP Tendering Expert, Project bidding, Tender bidding
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Line Management in making plans for the upcoming projects and to source suitable business partner for individual project.
∎ Assist Business Unit Head to take the strategic decisions on upcoming project opportunities.
∎ Analyze pre-qualification requirements and eligibility requirements as per the request for proposals (RFPs) and assist to form necessary JV to meet the bid requirement.
∎ Develop bid preparation plan and overall bid management and ensure timely submission to the designated places.
∎ Prepare all the given forms, arrange necessary regulatory documents and work completion certificates associated to Technical Bid Preparation.
∎ Assist in sourcing and drafting of financial bid preparation.
∎ Attend pre-bid meetings with the employers on tender preparation.
∎ Preparation and Submission of e-GP Tenders.
∎ Arranging site survey and generating report prior to bid if necessary.
∎ Ensure timely submission of Bid Security & Performance Security in collaboration of Finance department.
∎ Take necessary steps on assuring the contract signing after issuance of Notification of Award (NOA)
∎ Collect information and associated documents of upcoming opportunities through early intelligence and available sources and contacts.
∎ Maintain international communication with various foreign companies, discuss and negotiate potential business development opportunities and prices, reply on technical queries.
∎ Prepare dashboard of the on-going, under warranty, under-evaluation and upcoming projects and notify Top Management on fortnightly basis
∎ Provide assistance to on-going projects as and when necessary.
∎ Providing technical support and doing commissioning work for different projects when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least three (03) Years of hands-on experiences in the relevant field is precisely required.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Egp Profiling, Tender Preparation, Tender Documentation, Local Purchase & Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Construction Company, Engineering Firms, Technical Infrastructure
Salary: Negotiable
