∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
∎ RBT/IBT Certification Preferred
∎ Certification in RBT or IBT, other relevant certifications, and experience in behavioral therapy will be privileged.

∎ Strong observational skills and a patient, empathetic approach to therapy.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct behavior assessments to identify needs and behavioral patterns.
∎ Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for children and adults.
∎ Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions, applying evidence-based techniques.
∎ Track and document client progress, adapting strategies as needed.
∎ Collaborate with families and other professionals to support the generalization of skills.
