Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience in beauty retail, sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Passion for Beauty: Genuine interest and up-to-date knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written).
• Sales Driven: A strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving performance.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Certification or formal training in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Experience with makeup application or skincare consultation.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, specializing in product knowledge and personalized service. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Engaging customers to understand their beauty needs, concerns, and preferences (skincare, makeup, fragrance, etc.).
• Product Expertise: Providing in-depth knowledge and demonstrations of our product range.
• Sales Achievement: Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
• Merchandising: Maintaining attractive and clean product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked and well-organized.
• Service Excellence: Building lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Operational Support: Assisting with inventory, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures.
