Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about banking call center and applying it in day-to-day operation.
∎ Understanding of Retail and card division work flow and serving related customer accordingly.
∎ Proper knowledge about asset, liability product and internet banking of a bank and managing related calls from call center.
∎ Assisting customer from call center according to Bangladesh Bank guideline regarding Loan and Credit Cards.
∎ Should have knowledge on E-commerce (Local & Foreign), Bank to Bank transfer, Remittance and Passport Endorsement procedure following Bangladesh Bank regulation and guiding customer accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience to work as a team leader or supervisor in any call center for 6 months to 1 year minimum is a must.
∎ Awareness on Banking and Bank’s products
∎ Should have a good leadership quality
∎ Ability to explain (product/process/ideas) in a logical and simple manner with people management skills.
∎ Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Demonstrate Acceptance of Different Views.
∎ Extremely patient in approach.
∎ Good in email Communications.
∎ Should know the basics of MS-Excel.
