∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile
∎ BSc/ Diploma in Automobile
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop & train technical manpower & improve their knowledge regularly.
∎ Deliver internal automotive training programs to all Mechanics and Engineers to achieve the organizational goal.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and arrange Training accordingly.
∎ Prepare a training policies and ensure its best practices.
∎ Trained up all Mechanics and Service Engineers for updating specification of new launching vehicles.
∎ Guide to Maintaining documentation of Motor Vehicle and Parts.
∎ Prepare Training Calendar and Conduct Training Successfully.
∎ Teaching how to use different tools properly for automobile troubleshooting.
∎ Monitoring training efficiency and evaluate training delivery.
∎ Prepare Training Budget and conduct training effectively.
∎ Trained on how to maintaining all safety measure during troubleshooting.
∎ Conducts automobile training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks.
∎ Determines system utilization requirements by researching and testing systems.
∎ Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Evaluating training by evaluating effectiveness of training.
∎ Visit & Monitoring Different Dealer/Showroom and ensure standard process of Vehicle Display, Sales Process and safety matter of the vehicle.
∎ Trained up all Engineers/Mechanics all over Bangladesh as per guideline by the Principle.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Good experience working with young adults of a different culture.
∎ Experience in Training and Development, preferably in Troubleshooting of Automobile.
∎ Extensive knowledge of various training methodologies
∎ Profound knowledge of software commonly used in the automobile industry
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills
∎ Exceptional ability to work independently
