Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support solution and direction to our Distributors Engineer as well as their end users and other Field Service Representatives as applicable.
∎ Support sales, marketing and business development activities by coordinating with Distributors- Example: customer training program, seminars, workshops, and demo development.
∎ Help with pre-sale activities such as generating proposals, technical presentations and answering technical questions
∎ Interact with Customer's and Distributor's technical engineers and non-technical operations personnel to integrate new technologies and update existing systems.
∎ Responsible for designing, planning, evaluating, implementing and documenting industrial automation related projects and initiatives (PLC / HMI / VFD / Instrumentation / Servo Gain Adjustment / Data and Voice Networks / plant electrical distribution systems).
∎ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of automation products and its hardware and software, including network and interface software, protocols and architectures, specification etc.
∎ Maintain & follow up with each & every distributors and customers technical query, programming support, trouble-shooting.
∎ Ensure continues improvement in all key performance areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of working experience out of which, 4-5 years of applied professional experience in equipment/automation design, electrical process control, instrumentation, industrial automation, industrial protocols / networking (switching & routing) and databases
∎ PLC programming and wiring experience
∎ Touch panel (HMI) drawing
∎ VFD parameter setting
∎ Servo gain adjustment, etc
∎ Rich experience of Electrical Control Design,
∎ Broad Academic Knowledge of Electrical Equipment and Automation Products such as PLC, VFD, Inverter, HMI, GOT etc.
∎ An ability to utilize, understand and enforce electrical code documentation.
∎ Field assistance experience in periodic automation changes / tune-ups and understanding the customer's needs.
∎ Must have the Engineering Background.
∎ Must have good understanding of Industrial Products and FA systems business in Bangladesh Market and Market competitors.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills.
∎ Effective leadership skills required.
∎ Excellent fluency in English.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be fixed based on Ability and Experience.
