∎ Fully Knowledge and Skill in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Sketchup & 3D Animation
∎ Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Have knowledge about interior design and concept design.
∎ Good Knowledge Architectural Drawings, Structural Drawing, Section & Elevation.
∎ Experience of processing clearance from different authorities will be added advantage.
∎ Fully Knowledge and Skill in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Sketchup & 3D Animation
∎ Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Have knowledge about interior design and concept design.
∎ Good Knowledge Architectural Drawings, Structural Drawing, Section & Elevation.
∎ Experience of processing clearance from different authorities will be added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Uses AUTO CAD to develop engineering projects information.
∎ Prepare Photo realistic rendered images & animation.
∎ Conceives, designs, plans and constructs computer models for new or modified structures.
∎ Works closely with Project Managers to set-up and manage contract drawings.
∎ Create and/or modify base drawings, which may be used in a variety of presentation documents.
∎ Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimensions of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.
∎ Sketches rough layout of structure and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearances, tolerances, leverages, and all other pertinent variables.
∎ Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings.
∎ Drafts detailed multi view drawings of required project specifics.
∎ Interprets customer requirements and offer solutions that maximize profitability and add Performs project support tasks to ensure project delivery on time, on budget and in scope.
∎ Preparation of Authority drawings.
