Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field from any reputed University.
∎ B.Sc in CIVIL engineering with very good practical knowledge on Auto CAD (2D, 3D) drawing/designing will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), 3D (Auto Cad), Auto CAD Designing, GIS/ Mapping

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Designing, Auto CAD Drafting, GIS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drawing, Designing Auto Cad as per need.
∎ Drawing quantity of Land purchase in Auto CAD Map as per plan.
∎ Preserve types of land purchase in separate layer (E.g: Registry, POA, Baina etc file number must be preserved separately)
∎ Provide report on quantity of land including Dag number from Auto CAD.
∎ Update drawing of Purchase Map and print MAP as when & where required.
∎ Drawing & preserve Auto CAD in Purchase MAP as separate layer.
∎ Assist to Town Planner in GIS related task.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on Auto CAD (2D, 3D).
∎ Must have knowledge on Auto CAD drawing/designing.
∎ Must have knowledge on GIS Mapping.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and familiar with team-work.

Salary: Negotiable
