Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical or electrical or HSC or equivalent from any reputed institution have 2-3 years' experience in related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job location: Amehnaz Mwnsion, J-28, Rupnagar Main Road, Extension Pallabi, Mirpur-8, Dhaka-1212.
∎ Office Time: 9.00 A.M to 6 P.M including 1 Hr. lunch break
∎ Date of joining: Immediately

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being on the project constantly in order to ensure that set standards are followed.
∎ Maintain good communication with client, office and different authority
∎ Collect, preserve & have clear concept of all approved drawing, design, specifications.
∎ Planning, coordinating, recommending and implementing as per designs and work progress.
∎ Ensuring that the site work is completed in certain time frame and that the set budget
∎ Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ Determining work methods that result to improved efficiency in the work place.
∎ Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received and used.
∎ Have to provide daily working report
∎ Applicant always ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Always bring positive thinking about development
∎ Applicant have to be a practicing real Muslim.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants for should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing and estimation of Electrical (SLD, ELD & LPS), Plumbing, Fire protection, Fire detection and HVAC system.
∎ Have to experience in the field of Auto-CAD drafting in 2D & 3D, computer experience in online & offline etc.

Salary: Negotiable
