Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D modeling by max and sketch up, Architectural working drawing, Detailed sanitary drawing, Electrical Drawing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all type of working drawings (Architectural, Electrical and Plumbing)
∎ Create professional 3 dimentional perspective view.
∎ Prepare working drawings & ensure site delivery as per the schedule of the project.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in the appropriate materials for 3D design.
∎ Experience in Corel draw, photoshop, illustrator.
∎ Working knowledge in RAJUK drawings and ability to produce detailed construction drawings.
∎ Ability to handle pressure.
∎ Creativity, energy, sincerity and honesty.
