Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, medical history, and treatment plans in electronic health systems.
∎ Diagnose and treat kidney diseases, such as chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, nephrotic syndrome, glomerulonephritis, and kidney infections.
∎ Monitor patients undergoing dialysis (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), ensuring the safe and effective administration of therapy.
∎ Assist in outpatient consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic tests related to nephrology.
∎ Coordinate patient admissions to the nephrology department, ensuring proper care.
