Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose and treat respective diseases, ensuring the safe and effective administration of therapy.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, medical history, and treatment plans in electronic health systems.
∎ Assist in outpatient consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic tests.
∎ Coordinate patient admissions and ensure proper care.
∎ We are looking for Asst. Registrar/ Medical Officer in the Department of Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Medicine. and in Emergency department
