Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM/AH graduate from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve business objectives like Unit Target, Value Target and Prescription Share etc. in the assigned Area.
∎ Ensure collection of the sales proceeds at the closing each month.
∎ Visit different Veterinary hospitals for identifying the prescription/business opportunities.
∎ Develop product knowledge and professional skills among the team members.
∎ Supervise the activities of the STSO/TSOs in accordance with company policies.
∎ Check/correct and recommend the Monthly Tour Program of the STSO/TSOs for the
∎ appropriateness of Tour Program.
∎ Check the DCR and other reports of the STSO/TSOs.
∎ Ensure collection of the STSO/TSOs during separation (if any).
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should TEM Phas experience in the following area(s):Pharmaceuticals sector, Sales
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Applied post should be mentioned in the subject line
∎ Ready to work Dhaka/outside Dhaka
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
