Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
∎ Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and contractor bills (MES, PWD, LGED, RHD analysis preferred).
∎ Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with departments and lead site teams for smooth workflow.
∎ Utilize AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting..
∎ Prepare reports on progress, delays, and material requirements.
∎ Oversee finishing works (civil, sanitary, electrical, aluminum glass, tiles, etc.).
∎ Identify risks and implement solutions to prevent project.
