∎ B.Sc. Engg. / Diploma Engineer (Civil)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strong management & technical skills to ensure Project implementation & ability to co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders with honesty, sincerity & accountability.
∎ Study all types of design & drawing, execute work according to same and provide feedback
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementing & monitoring of all Project activities.
∎ Regular monitoring of Project activities against targets & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the Project to the subordinates.
∎ . To arrange & attend meeting with contractor & site personnel to identify the issues to improve the Project progress & quality, for taking better initiative in all respect on before.
∎ Distribute work to all the sub-ordinates (Engineers) for different items of work to build up responsibilities.
∎ Monitor proper utilization of Project resources at site.
∎ Ensure safety, health and environmental aspects of projects in accordance with company policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to as-cast concrete project hand over experience holder.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years experience in renowned developer firm.
