∎ B.Sc./ Diploma Engineering in Civil from any reputed University/Institute with good academic back ground.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Construction site
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have sharp knowledge in architectural drawing, Structural design, electrical and plumbing drawing, etc.
∎ Should be experienced in supervision especially in structural and finish work.
∎ To ensure progress of the construction work as per schedule.
∎ Will be responsible for site Supervision & coordination.
∎ To Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
∎ Prepare Measurement Book & other site-related documentation and to checked the contractor's Running bill.
∎ To review the project plans & specifications and comments on the civil work.
∎ Overall supervision Experience in project safety, security, quality & wastage management
∎ Have to take responsibility to solve all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
∎ Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have 5-7 years practical experience in reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Experience in construction of large size multistoried commercial/residential building and minimum 2/3 project handover.
∎ Excellent communication skill with strong sense of responsibilities.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
