Job Context:
∎ Location: Meghnaghat, Sonargaon, Narayanganj.
∎ Have to stay in office premises.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work for ship construction by coordinating with other department of the organization and by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials.
∎ To improve ship construction efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.
∎ To prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information's and trends.
∎ To provide construction engineering information by answering questions and requests.
∎ To supervise, coordinate & monitor production works at site to ensure works to be done within the time frame.
∎ To interact with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of project materials.
∎ To maintain operations data such as time, production, and cost records and prepare management reports of production.
∎ To develop and implement project procedures to maintain operation consistent with industry standards and company policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ 01-02 years of working experience in Project Management
