Fertilizer Factory, large industry, Sugar
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge about operation of steam Turbine, Alternator, Boiler, Generator, Compressor and auxiliary equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
∎ Conduct routine inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities to minimize down time and ensure equipment reliability.
∎ Analyse operational data, identify trends and propose improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and performance.
∎ Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities and operational parameters.
∎ Assisted in normal start-up ( Cold & hot), shut down and Synchronization.
∎ Good knowledge about Boiler interlock, Burner interlock, Feed pump, and all other interlock.
∎ Inspection of Water Treatment plant, Condenser, Cooling Tower, Compressor and all other machineries.
∎ Good knowledge on materials, tools, spares and machineries used in power plants.
∎ Understand about Electrical Single Line Diagram, Lighting Protection System and load calculation.
∎ Properly maintain the log sheet and reporting. Prepare report and submit to the management.
∎ To ensure follow the company & office management rules and regulations, process efficiency, standard of safety.
∎ Performs other works assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) in power related area.
∎ Experience in Triveni Turbine operation are preferable.
∎ Should have knowledge in Gas engine operation.
∎ Should have experience on operation & maintenance gas fired water tube boiler & fire tube boiler.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Turbine panel board & electrical power distribution.
∎ Operation of internet, e-mailing (outlook), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Auto Cad.
