Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and manage distribution plan of all products which ensure regular stock-refilling at depots and follow up with depots and distributors for confirmation of goods received.
∎ Prepare daily sales statement to ensure preparation of SKU-wise sales return statements and replacement of damage stocks on monthly basis and report to Management.
∎ Make sure all sorts of expense bills related to depot, depot contractors, transport contractors, distributors and transport are properly verified.
∎ Maintain depot and transport agreement for day-to-day smooth operation.
∎ Supervise warehouse & distribution staff.
∎ Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned time to time by the Management.
