Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for outlet renovation work such as (Interior design, Mapping, Electric, Plumbing, maintenance etc).
∎ Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key clients such as store managers, vendors, and manufacturers.
∎ Reviewing plans for new stores or remodelling existing stores to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Responsible for verifying Bill of Quantity for getting cost efficiency.
∎ Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a steady supply of materials.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
∎ Developing detailed budgets for projects based on company policies.
∎ Creating reports detailing project progress, budgets, and results to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
