Job Context:
∎ Job location: Jarun, Konabari,Gazipur.
∎ Must have experience on Commercial (Garments)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall functions of Commercial Department.
∎ Prepare relevant documents to open L/C by ensuring competitive price as per comparative statement.
∎ Supervising Export, Import & Customs jobs, Coordinating with Government Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, Insurance, Freight Forwarders, Transports, BGMEA, EPB, & Other related organizations.
∎ Opening import L/C (Foreign & Local), supervising by a developed tracking system for bank acceptance, fund arranging, liaising with bank for import payments. Monitoring import procedures. Communicating with the vendors to complete all associated paper works for getting import materials timely.
∎ Plan to give acceptance for import bills based on export schedule and monitor the exports for adjusting liabilities in time.
∎ Follow up duly collection of bank acceptance, Foreign/inland export bill purchase/discount, Receivable & Payable payment schedule, proceeds realization etc.
∎ Tracking various stages of import/export activities and handle urgent issues.
∎ Ensuring the validity of all commercial documents.

∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good writing & speaking communication skills in English.
