∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ BSc in EEE from BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET will get preference.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment in the Knit Dying manufacturing facility.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
∎ Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development.
∎ Delegate tasks effectively, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion of electrical projects and maintenance activities.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and high performance.
∎ Investigate and diagnose electrical and electronic malfunctions, breakdowns, or failures, and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
∎ Maintain collaborative relationship with local utility authority and vendor's engineers during any kind of requirements.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for recurring electrical problems and implement corrective actions.
∎ Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience to work in Knit Dying Factory.
∎ Active participation in troubleshooting of both sample dying machine, dying finishing machine and other knit dying machines.
