∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Promotion and Sales at Chittagong Region.
∎ Communicating with prospective clients.
∎ Collecting and preparing drawing as per client's requirements.
∎ Preparing bill of quantity for prospective job and submitting price proposal to clients .
∎ To sell as per predetermined target with proper communication.
∎ Track competitor's action and take necessary steps to bit the competitors.
∎ Identifying potential clients and projects.
∎ Manage customer's inquiry and provide them proper solution.
∎ Finalize the project by providing proper technical solution.
∎ Communicate with clients by providing required drawing in time.
∎ Finalize structural drawing with clients to start production.
∎ Monitoring production schedule as well as delivery schedule.
∎ Communicating implementation and site due to start erection in time.
∎ Shearing total project schedule with clients before material production.
∎ Submitting payment schedule before implementation of the project.
∎ Attending all meeting during project design and implementation period.
∎ Communicating and updating report to the management of company.
∎ Coordinate and assist other departments to ensure client's service.
∎ In coordination with factory planning teams and delivery commitment.
∎ Host presentations and visits to factory with for prospective clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of experience in the relevant market, with a focus on Sales/Coordination/Pre-engineered Steel Building manufacturing industry.
∎ Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities, with a proven track record.
