Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing one-stop post-handover maintenance services as per company standard to ensure unparalleled CRD services & wining the customer’s heart.
∎ Communicating with customers on a regular basis with passion, understanding their needs, and responding to the customer demand irrespective of the time limit.
∎ Communicating with the customers & carrying out post-handover maintenance services as the contact point in the Handed Over projects.
∎ Supervising, monitoring, and ensuring maintenance work-related tasks.
∎ Communicating with the concern & the vendors/ contractors for ensuring on-time delivery of the services.
∎ Managing official accounts properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in project post-handover services.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be presentable.
∎ Should have a customer-centric mindset.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bill of quantity (BOQ)/ estimation of maintenance-related works.

Salary: Negotiable
