Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and protocols.
∎ Supervise administrative staff and support staff.
∎ Supervise logistic support and transport fleet.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to streamline administrative processes and resolve any operational issues.
∎ Assist in budget planning and monitoring for administrative expenses.
∎ Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for hospital facilities and equipment.
∎ Manage vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
∎ Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards affecting hospital administration.
∎ Implement measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
∎ Serve as a liaison between administrative staff, clinical departments, and senior management.
∎ Facilitate effective communication channels to address issues and promote collaboration across departments.
