Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute the procurement of goods, materials, and services.
∎ Optimize operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement/ purchase policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Proven experience to manage Local & International purchase related of Garments Accessories specialty (Offset, Poly, Hanger & Packaging Products).
∎ Prepare reports regarding market conditions and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Review quality of purchased products.
∎ Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
