∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Any other Certification or training on supply chain management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, SCM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for all kind of local and foreign suppliers sourcing, procurement planning, budgeting, cost analyzing, goods procuring and inventory monitoring.
∎ Maintains a professional relationship with suppliers, Collects materials samples from the supplier and conducts effective market survey for cost-effective procurement.
∎ Analyzing purchase requisitions, collection of quotations from a supplier based on the requirement, quotation evaluation, ensure zero deviation in price negotiation, preparing a comparative statement for taking Management Approval.
∎ Follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, Warranty Products or returned materials.
∎ Prepares monthly / quarterly / yearly inventory plan and ensures proper warehouse management system.
∎ Preparing monthly report as per requirement.
∎ Communicates with commercial regarding LC related issues and also settles down cash payment issues in coordination with accounts and suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skill in English (written/Verbal)
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in MS office program (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint etc)
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/ attitude.
