∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job holder is responsible for achieving sales growth, gaining market, and meeting targets in an assigned area.
∎ Working with sales and service team, manage pre- and post-sale support of customer expectations.
∎ Support team to drive profitable business growth within an assigned geography.
∎ Help manage percent to plan for teams and accountability for their individual assigned sales plan.
∎ Develop a business plan that supports their assigned group.
∎ Identify important market/customer opportunities for growth and development for team members and implement action plans to grow deeper customer relationships in key/team accounts.
∎ Support the sales teams in the development and execution of business plans and deliver on commitments.
∎ Constantly upgrade skills by identifying critical skills and competencies necessary to provide best-in-class performance.

∎ Engage scientific discussions with customers and cultivate relationships.
∎ Provide feedback to marketing and R&D regarding application, hardware, and software features needed to stay ahead of changing market.
∎ Analyze markets, competitors, and trends central to the growth strategy for the business.
∎ Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
∎ Maintain and expand customer base by helping to guide sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities and applications.
∎ Communicates and coaches' others on GLS/PerkinElmer values, behaviors, and work practices.
∎ Balances customer demands with sound business management. Can effectively match resources to the job and execute to meet business needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-year(s) experience in the relevant field. For exceptionally qualified candidates, it could be flexible.
∎ At least three (03) Years of working experience in Analytical Laboratory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Analytical instruments, lab technology, Accessories, Consumables, Instruments, Software etc.
∎ Experience in working with the Pharma market is desirable.
∎ Experience in dealing with PerkinElmer products is an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure, sales target achieves, regular follow-up with the client.
∎ Having managerial, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other related business skills is crucial.
∎ Strong experience in HPLC, LC-MSMS, GCMS/HS, ICP applications.
∎ Understanding cutting edge technologies and applications.
∎ Demonstrated excellent written, presentation, and verbal communications skills including strong public speaking.
∎ Ability to multitask a variety of assignments and proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
∎ Aptitude to understand and communicate scientific concepts, applications, and methods.
∎ Assertiveness with a strong bias for action, results, and constant profitability growth.
∎ Manage multiple tasks in a result-oriented, commercial environment.
∎ Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
