Foreign procurement, General Purchase, Local Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ conduct local & foreign procurement in Garments Industry.
∎ Execution of the procurement process as per company policy.
∎ Purchasing CIVIL, Mechanical, Electrical, FDS, FPS, Machine spare parts.
∎ Work with ERP (SAP, Datatex etc)
∎ Handle New Project of the company.
∎ Bill processing and on time payment assurance.
∎ To plan for procurement in collaboration with Procurement Manager.
∎ To visit and travels frequently for developing source, improving coordination among suppliers, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
∎ To obtain quotes from different suppliers and prepare a comparative statement.
∎ To create Purchase Order, billing etc. on time
∎ To negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
∎ To visit different markets frequently to collect price quotations and samples for the required items.
∎ To find out new different sources for procurement of items at competitive prices.

∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self Driven.
∎ Decision Making Capabilities.
∎ Team Management Capabilities.
∎ Good Communication Skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge about BEPZA and Customs procedure.
