Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Manager to keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
∎ Interacting with different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble free operation.
∎ To maintain and update machine history records.
∎ To follow all the preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely procurement of spares and machine spares to reduce maintenance rather breakdown maintenance.
∎ Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Assessing safety and environmental issues of the machines and to ensure safety of man power and machines.
∎ To optimize resources to achieve the maximum profitability.
∎ To ensure and supervise the maintenance team to work well with others under deadline situations.
∎ Responsible for all utility works of the Factory including Generator and Boiler and its related supporting equipment including Maintenance and spare parts.
∎ Carry on any other task / duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ English language: understanding and knowledge should be good.
∎ Should be cooperative and self-motivated.
∎ Can work independently without any Supervision for their area of work.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure as well as beyond regular time whenever required.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile (Knitting, Dyeing/ Finishing).
∎ Good interpersonal & Communication Skills.
∎ Job Location: Mouchak, Kaliakair, Gazipur.
