Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university/ Institution.
∎ M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (will added advantage)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electro Mechanical Work, Mechanical Engineering, mechanical maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tyre manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.
∎ Developing, Testing and evaluating theoretical designs.
∎ Measuring performance of mechanical components, devices and engines.
∎ Problem Solving.
∎ Following the maintenance schedule and execute it on regular basis
∎ Supervising shift wise maintenance.
∎ Team building and team individual competency development by sharing knowledge on troubleshooting/fault finding/ working procedures.
∎ Any special job assigned by management for Plant profitability, Cost-effectiveness, monitoring or report making.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Sound in Communication & Collaboration with all the stakeholders
∎ Critical thinking and Problem solving ability
∎ Capable of leading a large group of people especially in a large manufacturing project
∎ Can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
