Automobile, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall department.
∎ Monitoring transport operation using GPS technology.
∎ Database management (fitness, renewal of tax token, insurance coverage etc.) of pool vehicles and take necessary action as per requirement.
∎ Maintaining liaison with BRTA and other respective concerns for smooth transport operations.
∎ Reviewing and carry out necessary repair and maintenance of the vehicles as and when required.
∎ Preparing cost and efficiency statement of vehicles and make comparative analysis to reduce cost.
∎ Preparing and submitting suggestion to the Management for efficient and economic way of managing transport.
∎ Establishing contacts and making agreement with the transport service providers for renting out vehicle as and when required as per company policy.
∎ Selecting and making agreement with reputed workshops for repairing and maintenance of vehicles as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Admirable work experience in managing transport department of any reputed organization.
∎ Sound Knowledge on the technical aspects of transport maintenance.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel both in English & Bengali).
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proactive, responsible and ability to handle stress.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
