Job Context:
∎ We are looking for result driven candidates for the position of Asst. Manager/ Manager Store (Lubricants Factory) who have knowledge, skills and experience in this sector and should be self motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
∎ Workplace: Factory, Basumati Group, Nandokhali, Tetuljhora, Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance and operation of stores in lubricants factory and responsible for planning developing and implementing all over material control activities.
∎ Initiating coordinating and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures regarding materials management.
∎ Receiving store materials as per requirement.
∎ Distributing store materials to shop floor as per requisition.
∎ Ensuring all receive and distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintaining proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus property.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with other related department.
∎ Supervising all store operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Checking physical inventory from time to time to cross-match with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Ensure to make order reconciliation and submit report to the management.
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of materials are properly recorded and documented properly.
∎ Preparing Report *Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to proper authority.
∎ Leading, guiding and follow-up all other store persons for smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ Handling all IR situations, conflict management and zero tolerance activities (Thefts, pilferage, physical abuse, financial abuse etc.) of departmental employees.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 years including atleast 2 years in managerial position in any renowned company.
