Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with very good academic track record from well reputed public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & monitor monthly & annual maintenance budget.
∎ Prepare assessment report on electrical, mechanical and civil work requirement regarding the new outlet establishment.
∎ Ensuring uninterrupted supply of utilities (water, gas, electricity) as per plan and compliance to statutory requirement.
∎ Prepare and execution of preventive maintenance schedule of generator, Ac, fan, light, CCTV, DB & SDB board and electrical line of head office and factories.
∎ Successfully handle the all type of maintenance related trouble shooting.
∎ Should have knowledge on PLC S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500.
∎ Should have knowledge on ceramic manufacturing machine.
∎ Raise maintenance spare parts when required
∎ Lead the team with most cost effectively & efficiently.
∎ Identify occupational health and safety hazard, assessing risks of the identified hazards and developing safety management program.
∎ Keep all records of maintenance request to make a maintenance history book.
∎ Keep in file all type maintenance related approval.
∎ Cost effectively & efficiently lead the maintenance purchase.
∎ Maintain communication with the municipal corporation and other govt. offices like REB, DPDC regarding maintenance work.
∎ Maintain close communication with the purchase, warehouse, store department & maintenance related service provider.
∎ Give training & motivation to the team member to develop them to bring out their best performance.
∎ Ensure healthy work environment with in the own team and cross functional team.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) Working Experience in a Ceramic Industry or relevant Field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Service/support.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Candidate must possess high interpersonal, communication, leadership and team work skills ,management skills and ability to make quick decisions.
∎ Candidates should have good communication skill in English.
∎ The ideal candidate must be able to carry out, review and coordinate the mechanical and electrical works for the projects; supervise day to day activities to meet the deadlines; make proper coordination and review of testing and commissioning procedures.
∎ Candidates having experience in Ceramic Bricks industry will get preference.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
