∎ M.Com/ MBA/ B.Sc/ M.Sc from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ International Correspondence
∎ Accumulate and place the orders to manufacturers.
∎ Prepare relevant documents for L/C opening.
∎ Collect L/C documents from Bank; send it to C&F agent.
∎ Monitor the shipment status and clearance of the material.
∎ To check all kinds of import LC terms, conditions & process
∎ To prepare & check LC/TT/FDD/Pay order proposal for Bank
∎ Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock
∎ Handle all logistics activities related to import.
∎ Capable to monitor and supervise the activities of the Commercial Department properly and effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must possess good IT skills
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to guide subordinate and others concerned.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience.
