Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. Engineering degree (Electrical and Electronics) from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant I&C equipment as required to support plant operation as per Team Leader instruction.
∎ Maintain spare parts inventory.
∎ Assist in maintaining print files, vendor files and the equipment maintenance record.
∎ Analyzes current equipment; identifies areas of inefficiency and needs for improvement; designs and develops instrumentation to meet those needs.
∎ Knowledge in Field instruments & Calibration.
∎ To attend critical asset breakdown maintenance activities
∎ Analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports.
∎ Cross train in Mechanical and Electrical team as time permits.
∎ Assist in plant operation as required.
∎ Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
∎ Have knowledge of industry advances in control system monitoring, testing and analysis of control equipment; and controls theory.
∎ Maintains positive community relations.
∎ Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to optimize Plant operation.
∎ Have knowledge with Industrial Control Systems such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
∎ Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs.
∎ Follow all kind of company regulations and rules including HSE.
∎ Other than above clauses, follow all instruction which is made by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ 3-4 years working experience in power generation facility or process with minimum two (2) years of working experience in CCPP (preferable) power generation facility.
∎ Must be able to respond calmly and think clearly in emergency situations.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, good command in written and spoken English are must.
∎ Must have knowledge regarding basic computer networking.
