Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and Leadership: Assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and other related areas. Providing guidance and support to the front office team, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff.
∎ Guest Service: Ensuring excellent customer service by greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest issues or complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
∎ Reservation Management: Overseeing the reservation system, managing room allocations, and ensuring accuracy of bookings. Handling special requests and VIP reservations, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
∎ Staff Training and Development: Assisting in training front office staff on hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance their performance and professionalism.
∎ Financial Management: Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting for the front office department. Monitoring and controlling expenses, including room rates, upgrades, discounts, and complimentary services, while maximizing revenue opportunities.
∎ Reporting and Documentation: Preparing and analyzing reports on occupancy rates, revenue, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics. Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and employee attendance.
∎ Collaboration with other Departments: Collaborating with Business development, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Coordinating with these departments to address guest requests, room readiness, and maintenance issues.
∎ Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges promptly and effectively. Handling emergencies and providing solutions to guest concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines. Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-office spaces to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and overall guest satisfaction.
∎ Upkeep of Technology: Familiarizing yourself with property management systems (PMS: NICE and Innboard), reservation platforms, and guest communication tools. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of new technologies for improved efficiency and guest experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ PMS: NICE and Innboard
∎ Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
∎ Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management
∎ Proficiency in English (oral and written)
∎ Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Word
∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ Problem-solving skills
