∎ Asst. Manager in Textile Engineering

∎ Looking for Textile Engineers who are willing to work in a challenging work-environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be well versed with the new products and technology available globally for enhance the R & D activities.
∎ Have to sound knowledge-Physical analysis for fabric like density, thickness, mass per unit area of woven and non-woven fabrics & Water resistance and repellence for coated fabrics.
∎ Must have experience and good knowledge about Composition of Cotton Fabric, TC Fabric, Polyester, and Non-Woven, water Jet, Knitted, Spun Bond, SMS etc.
∎ Clear knowledge on knitting to Finished fabric process defect & excellent problem-solving ability
∎ To check shade variation of each imported goods & report accordingly.
∎ Implement & maintain effective quality control & management system to ensure process and product's quality.
∎ To deal with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in-line inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
∎ Monitoring product quality through the fabric in house to final production.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyer's specifications & their requirements.
∎ Handle team effectively to have optimum output
∎ Real time feedback to respective departments to minimize quality losses.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of problems generated in fabrics such as shade, colors fastness & other quality parameters.
∎ As per buyer requirement, ensure shade, Testing requirement & fabric quality.
∎ To provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising staffs, factories, and production team members during production.
∎ Ability to understand potential risk factors for bulk production.
∎ Must be able to work perfectly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge of woven, knit fabrics & Non-Woven Fabrics.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Must have experience in Textile Industry.
∎ Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system
∎ On the Spot decision-making ability for quality
∎ Fair knowledge on fabric type, composition, gsm/weight, yearn count etc.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
