Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing RAJUK related activities i.e. Land uses, Plan approval, Special Project Clearance/Permission, Mutation, Power of Attorney acceptance, Service charge payment, Demarcation & Adjoining.
∎ Assist to accomplishing Mutation, Sale permission, Power acceptance, Demarcation & Re-union, Mortgage permission etc.
∎ Assist for Registration procedure of Joint Venture Agreement/Sale Deed/Power of Attorney/Foreign power of attorney etc.
∎ Assist for collecting no objection certificate from concerned office for High rise permission such as RAJUK, National Housing, Ministry of Works, Civil Aviation, WASA, Electric, Gas, Fire service, Traffic Police and Environment Dept. etc.
∎ Assist for keeping record of different documents from Land Development Dept. such as land document, pictures, utility bill copy etc.
∎ Working with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization works such as Sub-Registry office/AC Land Office/Foreign Ministry/DC Office/Tahsil Office/National Housing/Ministry of Works/RAJUK/MEO/Cantonment Board/Banks/Financial Institute etc.
∎ Any other activities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ At least 3 years of job experience in related functions in any Real Estate or Developer company.
∎ Must be affluent in communication with internal & external sources.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office
∎ Must be a team player with helping attitude
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
