Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good public relation and vast knowledge of prospective landowner.
∎ Contact landowners in specific target areas directly (in person, by phone and other means).
∎ Attend networking events to generate new contacts and source deals.
∎ Source, structure, and close various types of land deals, starting from the scratch.
∎ To communicate with the potential landowner and arrange meeting independently.
∎ To be target oriented.
∎ Have good stock of land reference in mid-level market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ We are inviting application from only eligible one who is experienced with similar job in similar industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): land procurement, Public Relation, Market Research.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Should be sound in basic Computer Application.
∎ He should be familiar regarding Land Law with different contemporary amendment of Government Regulation, like FAR.
