FINISH FABRIC STORE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and lead the overall Finish Fabrics warehouse operation including Spare parts General & maintenance stores;
∎ Monitoring Finish Fabrics Receipt from production floor as per SOP;
∎ Follow up Finish Fabrics storage with maintain BIN Card;
∎ Ensuring Finish Fabrics Delivery on time to all RMG Unit, Fabric sale Buyer & sub contract parties per SOP;
∎ Follow up documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities;
∎ Monitoring all Finish Fabrics Stock with physical and software location Implement operational policies and procedures- standard operating systems [SOPs];
∎ Safeguarding maximum space utilization and monitoring goods keeping process for easy tracking;
∎ Monitoring and Planning Vehicle movement status for maximum utilization;
∎ Monitoring the General and Maintenance store inventory regular basis after daily transaction;
∎ Follow up Purchase Requisition for Mechanical, electrical materials, fixed assets, services;
∎ Monitoring goods receiving notes (GRN) on time by ORACLE Software;
∎ Follow up Materials issue by ORACLE Work Order;
∎ Ensuring strong accountability and well housekeeping for all the materials. Dealing with Buyer/party, accounts, merchandising, procurement, planning, HR, and Commer for various issues.
∎ Lead & guide all Team members to build up efficiency;
∎ Strategic policy set up to ensure stock control, material flow and compliance policy on the warehouse;
∎ Physical inventory holding and finish fabrics stock as per MIS report;
∎ Maintaining & monitoring various types of Report as slow moving, Very Slow moving, dead items & provide to Management monthly basis.
∎ Maintain Leftover fabrics report and through by mail to Management for next course.
∎ Facing various types of Audits such as Internal & external Inventory Audit, ORGANIC/BCI/Buyer Audit & visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 10 years of relevant experience out of which 2-3 years in similar position any reputed textile Industry.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must.
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory.
