Job Responsibilities:
∎ HS code verification and landed cost calculation
∎ Verification and confirmation of shipping documents with suppliers
∎ Regular follow-up with C&F agent for shipment updates
∎ Negotiation with various vendors involved in the supply chain
∎ Tracking and monitoring of incoming shipments
∎ Ensuring adherence to delivery schedules through consistent follow-up
∎ Communication with suppliers and banks
∎ Weekly reporting to management on delivery status and upcoming stock
∎ Cost analysis for each item and reporting to the supervisor
∎ Record-keeping and reporting to supervisor for all cost-related matters
