∎ Honours/Masters degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all the activities of Distribution Operations
∎ Set objective, Action plans & Strategies to operate distribution network to achieve house target
∎ To ensure and supervise timely order collection/receiving, processing and follow up proper invoicing for stock out for onward supply in time according to the customers need & satisfaction
∎ Organize the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products
∎ Control over inventory management when products reach at store
∎ Check the daily stock and available of products as per requirement
∎ To supervise, monitor and checking depot monthly accounts receivable, payable and reconciliation of total sales collection with bank deposit including closing stock statement
∎ Prepare & submit daily/weekly/monthly sales report and market feed-back report
∎ Manage delivery operations including delivery van route to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery
∎ Analyze the distribution size of each product, plan for targeted market share, develop the market & inform the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MS Office Applications, Business Operation, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Distribution Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing, People Management, Retail Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Area/ Territory Marketing, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Distribution management, Distribution Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Telecommunication, Territory sales.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, confident, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet.
