Educational Requirements:
∎ Mechanical Engineering from reputed Public University (BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the overall production and monitor the productivity and efficiency.
∎ Responsible for LPG cylinder production, productivity and capacity utilization.
∎ Supervise and lead the production and floor supervisor and operator team.
∎ Confident & comfortable with the operations work including all the relevant regulatory issues.
∎ Prepare monthly production plan and budget.
∎ Day to day monitor raw material stock and maintain safety stock.
∎ Co-ordinate with head office and all relevant departments for smoothly support the production.
∎ Continuous follow up with production, maintenance, QC team activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years in relevant field.
∎ The applicants having experience in the following business area(s) are preferable: LPG cylinder, oil & gas
∎ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
∎ Prepare to stay at the plant whenever required.
∎ Results-oriented, self-starter who strategically plans for success
∎ Should have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point, AutoCAD
