∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively communicate with clients and employees.
∎ Ensure knowledge of staff movements inside and outside of the company.
∎ Receive , check and dispatch bills, letters, messages and documents that come to reception and send it to the appropriate place.
∎ Great visitors and maintain a record of all the guests coming to the office.
∎ Receive and maintain all telephone calls & respond to them in a well- manner, record all telephone messages and send those to the office desk/s.
∎ Provide general administrative support and help with MIS department.
∎ Maintain & organize the reception area and can type office circular in Bangla.
∎ Record, maintain and share information.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
