Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA, Candidate with advance certification on Supply Chain Management will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Good Team Leader, Planning skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export & Import, Food Distribution, Food Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define a strategic Supply Planning & Procurement action plan on yearly basis. The objectives in terms of savings and budget optimization, strategic sourcing (local & global) and main issues in terms of business integration
∎ Manage and coordinate the sales and operations planning including supply and demand forecasting, inventory manage on time delivery
∎ Reduce Inventory holding cost, logistics cost and Production cost through optimized Inventory flow
∎ Ensure the awareness of ethical charter, local purchasing procedures, procurement guideline, contract procedure, budget process etc.
∎ Monitor and enhance department's performance through effective management
∎ Assure import regulations in regards to safe receipt of the cargo and custom clearance
∎ Ensure all purchasing activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization.
∎ Strengthen SOP/Vendor master data management/ Procurement policy based on Govt. guidelines and the International standard
∎ Implement Key Performance Indicators and follow up
∎ Warehouse and logistics operation management
∎ Ensure 100% compliance to statutory and regulatory affairs
∎ Must be able to work independently to lead and supervise the team
∎ Familiar with Enterprise software "SAP"

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Proficiency in using SAP software, advance in MS Excel.
∎ Good Proficiency in English will highly preferable.
∎ A strong process-oriented person who can fit and build the process
∎ Good team leader
∎ Planning skills
∎ Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly

Salary: Negotiable
