∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Diploma in Fire Safety Management from Fire Service and Civil Defense is mandatory.
∎ Skills Required: Fire Evacuation Drill, Rescue & First Aid

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire safety Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop, implement, evaluate, and review a Fire Safety Management strategy, policy, framework, procedures, and effective fire safety management practices throughout the facility.
∎ Lead fire safety management and performance across the organization including dormitories.
∎ Stay up-to-date with local, and national fire safety regulations.
∎ Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and codes throughout the facility.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans.
∎ Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions for employee preparedness in emergencies.
∎ Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential fire hazards.
∎ Lead liaison/negotiation with fire safety enforcing authorities on behalf of the company.
∎ Conduct regular fire risk assessments within the facility and take necessary corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate potential fire hazards.
∎ Regularly inspect and update all the fire safety equipment.
∎ Maintain firefighting, rescue & first aid teams and provide regular training to update them.
∎ Provide educational materials and resources to promote fire safety awareness.
∎ Investigate and analyze fire incidents to determine their root causes and take remedial action to minimize the potential for a re-occurrence.
∎ Communicate fire safety policies and procedures to all employees.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall workplace safety.
