∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ BBA/MBA preferable

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Commercial Banking, Commercial/ Purchase, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Medical Equipment, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Doing correspondences with all foreign Principals for Pl based on customer's demand
∎ Issuing PO, Sales Contract for Sales Department (Tender related) and provide guideline for foreign LC, Amendments, Insurance, LCA, TI etc. for foreign purchase.
∎ Coordinate with freight forwarders, C&F agents, Shipping lines and transport
∎ Communicate with related concern authorities to smooth and timely delivery of goods against CNF Delivery
∎ Checking and controlling Pl and other invoices, packing list and other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services
∎ Calculate product costing and pricing for sales team / (Tender related).
∎ Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
∎ Giving very best efforts to deliver products on time as per customers W/0.
∎ Preparing list of local items for sourcing and follow up finance for fund.
∎ Communicate with all principals for on time Shipments, Payments etc.
∎ Doing whole shipping documentation in favor of TVL special Project.
∎ Monitoring Payment system.
∎ Export documentations in favor of Private and Govt. Hospitals for decayed Sources
∎ Assist Service Wings for goods costing
∎ Follow up for expiry BG/PG list for final cancellation/extension and prepare letter to client for acceptance.
∎ Arranging fund (case to case) for direct purchase from different principles.
∎ Negotiating and Monitoring C&F activities for customs release of the goods against customer's LC.
∎ Monitoring fund requisition disbursement with Finance for local purchase.
∎ Coaches inter wing employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks.
∎ Coordinating and doing commercial and logistics work for TVL special projects (if any).
∎ Collecting Payments on time against local and foreign LC.
∎ Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise.
∎ Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients
∎ Prepare all types of sales quotation and offer.
∎ Update offer database and prepare report on offer status, Delivery status
∎ Accepts extra duties as situations arise
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
